Today, Hickenlooper for Colorado released its first TV ad, titled “We’re Colorado.” The ad highlights John’s experience as Governor, helping bring Colorado out of the Great Recession and taking it from the 40th state in job creation to the number one economy in the country three years in a row.
This ad is part of a significant six figure buy across Colorado that will hit the airwaves the week before ballots drop for the June 30th primary.“When I was sworn in as Governor, Colorado ranked 40th in the country in job creation. But together we built the number one economy in America,” said Hickenlooper in the ad. “We did it the Colorado way, from the bottom up, and that’s what Washington needs now.”

Please note, this ad was produced by strictly following CDPHE and City of Denver safety guidelines, including maintaining at least six feet of distance and wearing face coverings while on site outside of Hickenlooper’s home. Hickenlooper also wore a mask between takes.
