To kick off the 90 in 90, Ken Salazar, who served as the U.S. Ambassador to Mexico under President Biden, Secretary of the Interior under President Obama, and U.S. Senator from Colorado, endorsed Hickenlooper’s reelection campaign.

“John Hickenlooper has the heart of a public servant who cares about all of Colorado including rural communities like my native San Luis Valley. I am proud to support him,” said Salazar.“Colorado needs him in the United States Senate.”

He has been reaching out to voters all across Colorado, including in Fort Collins, Durango, Pueblo, Fort Morgan, Jefferson County, Colorado Springs, and more.

Hickenlooper’s campaign continues to be powered by strong grassroots support. He’s received donations from all 64 counties in Colorado and was the only statewide candidate who brought in more than $1 million each quarter in 2025, with nearly 80% of donations being $25 or less last quarter. He has more than $3.8 million on hand.
