NEW SPANISH AD: Gardner Voted to Gut Protections for Pre-Existing Conditions While Taking Big Donations from Pharmaceutical and Insurance Companies

Today, Hickenlooper for Colorado released a new Spanish language TV ad titled “Caras” that highlights the 2.4 million Coloradans who would be hurt by Senator Cory Gardner’s nine votes to gut protections for people with pre-existing conditions. Senator Gardner has accepted more than a million dollars of donations from pharmaceutical and insurance companies, and while he tries to hide from his record, he supports a lawsuit that will be before the Supreme Court next month to overturn the Affordable Care Act. If Washington Republicans’ lawsuit were to succeed, these 2.4 million Coloradans with pre-existing conditions would be left vulnerable and at risk of losing health care.
