After the race was called, John addressed Coloradans directly over Facebook Live to thank the supporters and volunteers and remind Coloradans the fight is not over.
Post Primary Interviews
John took his message of bringing change directly to Colorado voters across the state. In interviews with Fox 31 Denver, 9 News Denver, Denver 7, Telemundo Denver, KRDO Colorado Springs, and KREX Grand Junction, John highlighted Senator Gardner’s support of the Trump Administration-backed lawsuit to repeal the Affordable Care Act and highlighted his own plan to protect and expand health care coverage.
Endorsement Corner
Colorado leaders including Governor Jared Polis and members of Congress including Joe Neguse, Jason Crow, and Diana Degette endorsed John’s campaign to defeat Senator Gardner. Former Colorado Speaker Andrew Romanoff also announced his support for John, highlighting the need to defeat Senator Gardner to build a Democratic majority in the Senate.
Planned Parenthood Action Fund also endorsed John, citing his strong record of expanding reproductive health care in Colorado.
