Today Hickenlooper for Colorado released its closing TV ad, “Optimist.” In the direct-to-camera ad filmed at his home in Denver, John Hickenlooper discusses his vision for changing Washington to solve the problems facing Colorado.
“I’ve always been an optimist,” said Hickenlooper. “No matter how broken Washington is, I still believe we can find a better way forward. That’s why I want to go to the Senate – to fundamentally change Washington. I believe we can find solutions to our biggest problems. Lowering the cost of health care, confronting climate change, rebuilding the economy, finally getting past this pandemic. But we have to stop the political games and remember what matters: helping people.”
